A needed mod!

I there...I'm new at SMF,and I really love it.However,I miss some features (mods) that can be found at phpbb (or others) and not here.SMF must have It! 

For example:

-Warning MOD: yes,I know there is the Visual Warning MOD.But I'm thinking in some kind of warning system like the one that is in IPB (is something like that: admins can add a % of warning by pressing a button that is near user's avatar on post,and when that users arrive to 100% warning,is automatically banned),or the "yellow card MOD" in phpbb: add a yellow button (only visible by mods/admins) in posts.This is the warn button,when you press it,a yellow card is displayed down the avatar of the user.You can set it the number of yellow cards needed to automatically ban the user.
This mod also add a red button (direct ban),a green button (unban user),and a blue button (report).The last doesn't matter here,because SMF already have a report button.
I think the most important is some kind of accumulative warning system,that could automatically ban the user who arrives to certain number of warns (admin gives a warn when user break forum rules).This is the basic idea.

This could be easy to develop (of course,for someone who know php code,not for nb like me  ),and would be an awesome feature (and,I think,a needed feauture) for SMF.

Another mod that would be nice is topic subtitle.I haven't found something like that for SMF.

Well,that's all...It would be nice if someone could develop such warning mod,I think all SMF community would be very happy

I actually saw that mod a few times when I was searching through the modification section; I've been looking for a lot mods today. I must have missed it (again and again and again).
