how do i put tags or keywords on my forum so search engines will find my link??

meta tags i think they are called... help?

Open index.template.php of the theme you're using.

Search for:

Code Select Expand

<meta name="keywords" content="PHP, MySQL, bulletin, board, free, open, source, smf, simple, machines, forum" />

From there, you can change the keywords around, remove, add, or rearrange them any way you'd like.
