Warns

I think that SMF must have a warn system like (for example) the one who is in Invision.Many people have requested It as a MOD,but I think It should be by default.

And,of course,I know there is vVisual Warning MOD,but I'm talking about a real warn system (giving warns and set a max number of warns to automatically ban the user,and more features).
I think that,today,SMF has a bit lack of administrative features at this point,so It would be great.
