Help with web.config

I am new to all this, went to log in to my server this morning and got this error.

How do I do this?? I havnt got a clue.

Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

That looks like an ASP.NET error to me... Do you use ASP.NET?
It's probably best to ask your web host about this, hopefully they should be able to solve it for you

They are useless.

Cannot get a reply from them at all!!

Anyone reccomend a good server I can use.  That is cheap and will set up straight away, lol.

Is it a dedicated server? If so, I'd suggest Dedicatedbox.nl (CoreISP)
If it's a shared hosting plan, try looking through theHosts and Hosting board here.
