Joomla SMF bridge debug problems

I am using these versions:

Your Joomla version is: 1.0.8
Your SMF version is: 1.1 RC2
Your Joomla-SMF version: 2.0 RC2

I am having the following issues:

About once each day my forum goes crazy, it keeps logging people out with a session failed message. The links in the forum start pointing to completely different pages, it is not possible to post. This happens to all members.

If I login to Joomla, go to the bridge and check debug, go to the forum and refrsh the forum home page, it all starts working fine again. I go back to the bridge and uncheck the debug option and I an fine for a day or so.

I thought it was related to the Karma, but that is disabled and it still happened.

Any ideas?
