Anyone know how to post data from a form?

I got this form

and I want this info to be posted in the Recruitment Section of
hxxp:www.eternalunion.com/forum/ [nonactive]

Well, just get the values from your form and write them into your database using insert/update. You got to make some extra fields in your database ( smf_messages or smf_boards) where your post your app.htm's $_POST or $_GET values.

I think thats the way to do it. I hope someone with real knowledge can help you out better since im a php noob myself
