Modify greeting or "child board" name??

I wanted to change the part that says Hello Name or welcome so it says Well Met Name instead, and change child boards to something general like "also contains:" or something.. how would I do this?

Open your forum via FTP.

Head to your Themes directory.
Go to the theme you are using.
Open the languages folder.
Find index.<your language>.php
Save an unedited copy as a backup.
Open it with a text editor (not WordPad).
Find the stuff you want to change.
Change it.
Upload your new copy.

Oh, languages folder, that explains it.. thanks!! Looks like alot of stuff could be changed.

Yeah you can really make all sorts of neat changes in there.
