Banned Users...

I had banned someone because they 'Asked' to be banned. I banned them by IP, Username, and email. Later, he asked to be let back in, so I decided I would. I removed the IP and email bans, but I told him he'd need to make a new account, because I didn't want him to abuse my generosity.

Later on, he for some stupid reason, tried to login to his old account. Hes now IP banned, I removed his account from being banned, and then removed the account all together, but he cannot get back into the forums on any other account. Please help?
