Help Needed With HTML

Hi to all , I managed to build my website and even get it running when i discovered i needed to make an index.HTML page for the site .  I do know what i want to do with this but have no knowledge of writing it up as i am hopeless at code .

I would like to build two pages both with enter and exit buttons , the first being an warning with the second leading to rules and acceptance , before being allowed onto the site itself . would also like to maybe add graphics but can leave this to a later date .. for now i want to get my site up and running as quickly as possible .

What would be the best and easiest programme to allow me to work and get these pages up and running leading to my site , have tried to do this but for some reason it would not let me onto the website itself so i am starting right at the beginning again .. Any and all help would be appreciated

hi... forgive me for asking, but how have you built your web page without knowledge of the code?

if you have microsoft front page, that would probably be the best bet as the WYSIWYG editor is similar to word

topstyle is also very good, and has a free trial

a page like you're describing would be very basic and take approximately 5 minutes to do
