Invite Mod wanted

Is there a mod to invite people, PLUG IN or whatever so that on the board index maybe under the stats there can be a place to invite others by adding a email addy and sending invites out to join the forum? Would be GREAT thanks.

Dark... How good is it and can you use it in conjunction with normal registration process?

I want to be able to get users to invite others through a page like that mod but also the normal people that come to the site need to be able to register through the normal process.
