Roads mod

hi!
i run a motorbike forum and would like some kind of "Roads Mod"
The features i would like to see in this mod is..

When i post a new topic, it should keep a desc. of the road in mind, a desc of the sightseeings on the road, GPS cordinates, and a map where the road starts and ends.
It would be nice to have this mod integrated with locationmod with a more detalied map of europa.

I would be glad to donate money to the person that makes this mod avalible
