Visual Verification problem with Right to Left languages (e.g. Persian)

When using Right-to-Left languages, the visual verification images are also shown from right to left which is misleading and causes problems for new users to figure out how to enter the characters. These images should be shown from Left-to-Right no matter what the language is.

The attached file should solve this problem for the default theme of SMF 1.1.2. (Line numbers 130-133 are changed.)

I appreciate it if the developers integrate the changes that I have posted in this forum in the next versions.
