Hide Threads to all but thread starter and admin

hiya....

i would love to see the feature included whereby a thread is hidden to all people who have access to a forum in a category, EXCEPT the thread starter and the admin

this would be for dealing with private issues outside of PMs

there is a mod available that prevents people from *reading* the thread, but i think one step further to prevent people from even seeing the thread would be a great addition

The way I see it, the mod could be updated pretty easily to include what you want. Try asking the mod author in the commenting topic about that mod.

Are you referring to my mod or some other one?  Can you define the difference between reading and viewing?  In order to read, you have to view, so if you can't view, you can't read.  My mod prevents viewing (as in, if you didn't start the thread, you will get an error, not a blank topic page).
