IP Logging / Tracking / Stats

Hi, im requesting this because i have no idea how my site is running

What I would like to see is a hit count for every guest that views the site and maybe a logged IP Also I would like to request stats for posts on each board, I keep having to look at the board to see how many views have been hit. Looking forward to more things like this from you in the near future :D:D
