Chimcanhcut

This bug ONLY happens to admins whose usernames contain unicode characters.

Let me describe the bug:

I have an admin account name: Chimcánhcụt ( *Note that this account name have unicode characters - á, ụ )

After 20 minutes online in the forum, I went to the admin center. Then the Admin Sercurity appeared, forced me to enter my password. It should have been okay if I entered the correct password and SMF brought me to the admin center. But despite of the correct password, my forum always reply: "Incorrect Password"

The only way for "Chimcánhcụt" to go to the admin center is Logout and then Login again.

But this bug DOES NOT HAPPEN to admin accounts which does not contain unicode characters (such as "admin", "chimcanhcut"...)

-----
This bug happens in both SMF 1.1.x and 2.0 . I have tested it in both localhost and webhost, with fresh install of SMF. It should have been reported before. But I dont see any bug-report about this. So I think I should post a bug report here.

Sorry for my bad English.
