Cannot convert to SMF from IPB 1.3

I found some hints in IPB db...

In IPB, the board privilege is not according by user group.Is [nofollow] accroding by 2 tables:
"IPB_forum_perms" -> to record the "permission ID" (not user group).
"IPB_forum" -> record the forum name or etc. and Which id in "IPB_forum_perms" can access whcih forum...


I post our forum to as a sample. Please find the attahcments.

In forum_perm.png, I'm trying to let you know the meaning of the name due to Chinese name in current db
ID 1 = User is waiting approve by admin
    2 = Guest
    3 = Registered User permission
    4 = Admin permission
    5 = Blocked permission
Other is our specify permission for the cell group forum.

At the moment most permissions are not converted.  You would have to redo them unfortunately.
