New to SMF

Hi People,
Just let start by saying that I just transferred from phpBB to SMF today.
But after converting and installing, I seem to miss all my buttons ?

Also, how can I fix this footer ?

No one who can help? Sory to insist but my forum is out of order for a couple of days now. And I dont like that

Reupload the SMF files.
It appears you are missing the files in Themes/default/languages folder.
