PM to membergroups

I'd like to have internal eamil on my forum since we want to use it in a business environment. we would like to use the forum PM service as a backup for our company email. it would be cool if we could put members into membergroups based on their deaprtment. then when we want to send a mass mail to a certain department we could send it to that membergroup.

Like the "Newsletters" feature? Admin / News and newsletters / Newsletters

You can select the groups you want to send the PM or email to.

yes, except that i would like to be able to give this ability to all my regular members without giving them Administrator status. would be risky in a public forum - spam and all that - but in a closed forum it would create a nice internal email system.
