Two Mods/Features for Moderators - Quick Ban & Anonymous Captcha

OK, I looked but I didn't find any posts that fit the bill, so if this gets moved elsewhere I'll understand ...

Nice thing #1:
I know we have "captcha" ability on registration. It would be really nice to have the same function specific to ANONYMOUS (only) posts and quick replies (like GoDaddy's captcha each time you want to access the whois info). I know bots can't go nuts because of flood control, but they can still get through and even one of those posts full of porno garbage is enough to make me want to puke.

Nice thing #2:
A "quick ban" of some type, even if it's just an icon directly to the ban list section of the administration center that also captures the IP in question, etc.
