Joomla Help Please.

Hey i'm looking for someone who can help me build my joomla site into what i want it to be. i just installed it today about 5 minutes ago. I have no idea what im doing on it but i've seen some joomla sites and they look awsome.

I also installed the SMF board into my joomla site.

Is anyone able to come to my joomla website and help me configure it into that i want it to be?
