Single Post Linkers

Heyy I've had a quick look about and not seen this mod, obviously if there is it would be nice to get some linkage but the idea of the mod was quite simple.  Its basically stopping members under a certain post count to post links... say under 10 posts or something stops you from posting links... This would eliminate these annoying guys who join up, post a link then leave.
