"On and Off" Images issue [Solved]

Hi guys, If you click on the picture link: http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a223/melitzana/forum1-1.jpg , you can see that the "on.gif" and "off.gif" does not appear for the chat Room section. Really have no idea why is that so.. Any ideas to fix that ?

Is it linking to the same images as the other on off images?

Any mods installed?
