How to convert ipb 1.4 to SMF?

Hi !

I have an IPB 1.4 forum db and I want to convert it to SMF.
But when I`m trying to convert with the converter I got this messege :
Sorry, the database connection information used in the specified installation of SMF cannot access the installation of Invision Power Board. This may either mean that the installation doesn't exist, or that the MySQL account used does not have permissions to access it.

The error MySQL gave was: Access denied for user 'extradown_smfu'@'localhost' to database 'extradown_ext'

What should I do ? What is the problem
