Have a site with

Joomla! 1.0.12
SMF 1.1.2
SMF Bridge 1.1.7

I am currently using the SMF Forum integration: Bridge Registration Option and when people use the lost password function they can get into the site but not the forum.

• Am I to believe that whilst there is a single login there is no further relationship between the two systems?
• If I ask for a new password from Joomla does my password for SMF get updated at the same time?
• If not then I ask the SMF for a password I now have two ... ahhhh

the passwords will be synced to match the SMF password when the user uses the mod_smf_login module.

In other words, requesting a lost password from joomla will have no effect.
Requesting a lost password using com_smf_regsitration will work
requesting a lost password fomr SMF should work.
