Custom theme/banner

I'd like a custom theme /and/ banner to my site www.crud3w4re.com It should be ad optimized [if possible], and would show on newly created pages, also, it shouldn't get in the way of new mods. I'm thinking an iframe wrap of the entire site, ... we can talk about it, this is a rough sketch. My site is SMF + Joomla Bridge

Okay. But it's not really for just SMF, it's a custom template/banner to wrap the entire site, make it look like one site. Does anyone recommend a dev company to do it?
