Theme Swith mod

I have been trying to find a mod that will allow a user to quickly and efficiently switch their current theme, rather then going to their profile and following a series of links. 

I am thinking a drop down menu on the board index.  Is this possible?

My forums run two themes, The default is image and bandwidth heavy, so I made another low bandwidth version for those with 56kb connections.
