Minimum x# of words to make a successful post.

I personally hate 1 or 2 word posts on my forums. I know that a mod exists already for this but it doesn't work on 1.1.2 and nobody seems to be replying after I enquired about it on the mod's thread. So, I'm requesting a nice whole new one.

It seems to be working with 1.1.1, so it should work with 1.1.2 as well
Just follow the directions in that topic, but change the rc3 to 1.1.2
