Joomla + CB & Captcha + SMF ~ Another way

Hello all,

For whatever reason I do not have the SMF Admin ==> Server Settings ==> Feature Configuration menu to  disable: "Use database driven sessions" on my fresh install of Joomla and the latest available modules as of the date March 17, 2007

The menu items I have are:
Components >> Joomla - SMF Forum >> (Install || Configuration || About)


So I went into MySQL and (where smf_settings is the name of the SMF Forums Settings table on your Joomla DB).....

UPDATE `smf_settings` SET `value` = '0' WHERE CONVERT( `smf_settings`.`variable` USING utf8 ) = 'databaseSession_enable' LIMIT 1 ;

This works the same for me and am now able to register.
