list of last registered people

Hello all,

why not making a list that shows the last 10 people that registered in the forum,
and that list could be viewed by admin or some groups that admin choose to allows them to do so.

and if that is possible also the admin can set the number of the last people that he want to show.

10-20-30 or any number he wants.
