Sub-title option

Can we add sub-title option when start a new thread ?

When we start a new topic, if we can fill the detail in the sub-title should be fantastic.



Btw, anyone knows how to modify the code in order to add sub-title option to the default SMF script?

indeed, its an handy mod, but maybe this one is also a handy thing to add in the core of smf 2.0?

Well if you search this board, you will find that topic description has been requested many times. Personally I feel it is one of those things that is better as a mod. I'm sure not every admin would want to use it, and even if the mod wasn't updated to 2.0 by the author, I'm sure I or someone else would update it so that it would be available. If you look at the replies to the other requests for this mod, a common reply is that you really can just be descriptive in the topic title.

I'm the mod author and I will update it for SMF 2.
Just thought I let you know, so folks don't flip out if it's not included in SMF 2.
