Custom page/message at login.

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but basically I'm looking for something that will display a custom message or page when a user logs in.

I'd like this to be member-group specific, so that each group could either see a different message, or no message at all.

Basically my forum has an inactivity policy, and I'd like to put a message up saying something to the effect of "Your account has been marked as inactive. Please contact the boards admin to reactivate." or other specific things, like the reason they're inactive or such. Also, if there's some announcement I need people to see, the message could be changed to reflect that.

Either way, I just want it to be the FIRST thing people see upon logging in.
