Convert PHPBB2 2.0.19 to SMF 1.1.2

I found the convertor here for phpbb2 to smf and have downloaded the file. Is there a URL that I can check out to make sure I have the correct file?

How do I run it? Are there instructions available somewhere?

Use Jay's converter pinned on this board. You need to install SMF (complete install, until you see the example board and your administrator), then upload the converter files and run it. And that's it.
