I can't add Smileys

Hello there,
I am using SMF 1.1.1
when I try to add new smiley, in the "Edit Message Icon" window,
I get this error:

Unknown table 'b' in where clause
Files: /home/pcarena/domains/pcarena.org/public_html/smf/Sources/ManageSmileys.php
Line: 1128

Can you give us some more information like the version, if you've searched, if you have modifications installed, what you are running on for a server, etc?

I am not sure I understand your questions.

but I didn't made any modifications. fresh new installation in hebrew.

No one knows. but the problem for me was because my user was not an Admin.
I think its a bug....
