SMF Gallery

Seen the MOD for SMF gallery. Can anyone tell me exactly what I do with this file once i've downloaded it... sorry but still getting used to this stuff.

Also, has anyone any thoughts on how good this is or if there is a better way.

You would upload it via the administration control panel > packages > download packages > the browse BUTTON (not the link) > find it on your PC > select it > upload it > apply it > continue if no errors are found.
