Mandatory Age on registration (Not just over 18 checkbox)

I run a forum for an online roleplaying site. The chatroom we do most of our playing on has VERY strict rules about minors, and as the room owner I myself face severe penalty if a minor is on my site, even if I wasn't aware.

I need something that forces new members to enter their age, prefferably in month/date/year drop boxes at registration, and then shows their age on their profile or at the very least, stores it somewhere that I can see it.

Is this possible?
