Karma Based Descriptions

I think a Mod that read a user's Karma level and adds a description to their account somewhere (e.g. on mousing over their avatar/username, but preferably not custom title) would be really useful. An example would be:
-1 = #Username# ...is becoming infamous
0 = #Username# ...is truly balanced
1 = #Username# ...is popular
5 = #Username# ...is well loved
etc.
If the Username couldn't be added, that would be just as good.
I hope someone can help me and those others who want this.

Yes, I beleive there is something called the Karma description Mod, but I don't think it does this.
Where did you find it?^{I can't find Google with Google, so I'll need help}
