Forum re-direct

Hello ppl.

I've got my forum at
http:www.powerlifting-forum.nl/forum]powerlifting-forum.nl/forum
and Joomla installed at
http:www.powerlifting-forum.nl/]powerlifting-forum.nl

All my users are used to go straight to the forum. But now I would like them to allways choose the forum via joomla. How do I do this ? Because with a normal redirect I guess the forum gets looped when Joomla tries to access it.

How can I prevent members to go straight to the forum but allways use Joomla ?
