moving smf forum up one directory

I originally have smf and joomla in the subdirectory /joomla and now I want to move the entire site live and up on the / root directory. The joomla works fine, however now I'm getting this error message when I try to login:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare db_query() (previously declared in /home/content/b/e/s/best/html/joomla/forum/Sources/Subs.php:238) in /home/content/b/e/s/best/html/forum/Sources/Subs.php on line 238

I'm using Joomla 1.0.11 with smf 1.1.1, the bridge is from hxxp:joomlahacks.com [nonactive] v2.0

What am I missing here?
