I just upgraded SMF from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2

The quickmod worked in wrapped for a second or 2 until I upgraded the bridge.
Now it's telling me this. which it never did...

uncaught exception: Permission denied to call method XMLHttpRequest.open

Is this a template thing as I have not changed the template at all.

Fire Fox DOM inspector

Onload

document.getElementById("quickmodSubmit") has no properties
[Break on this error] document.getElementById("quickmodSubmit").style.display = "none";

Onclick

uncaught exception: Permission denied to call method XMLHttpRequest.open

//*[@id="modify_button_4527"]
