Flint I have the same problem.   I also can not find where to change the welcome message and assign the board for it to post to.

You're both using a custom theme. Add the changes into Modifications.template.php and it will work.

Hi

Very interesting mod :)
But how to make a topic only when a user registers and waits his approbation ? (not after the approbation)

Thanks,

Miplou

Promise to not hit me? :D

Err...

If I wanted the person to get notification of this topic, when it was created, would that even be possible??? I've been looking...

If I wanted the {username} to link to their profile... Err... How much of a pain in the butt would that be too?

In other words - it's fantastic and, well, when it installs on MY forum you know it's a good mod. I am happy with it just as it is BUT... It would be fantastic to see a few other options such as those two and, for the life of me, I haven't a clue how to make either of those happen. Well, I have a clue HOW in theory but I have looked and, again, I am pretty sure that it is past my abilities.

That is exactly what I wanted. I have a lot of people join but they never post anything. Maybe if they see that people are welcoming them they would post. That is why I want them to receive a notification every time some welcomes them.

Is there a way to do a no follow for the search engines ? Seems these pages get listed a lot but are of little use in searches.

You're both using a custom theme. Add the changes into Modifications.template.php and it will work.

Modifications.template.php? Don't you mean the language file Modifications.english.php?

I have no such file---and even adding the code to my Modifications.english-utf8.php doesn't work. I STILL can't see this in Admin anywhere.

There must be some way to simply exclude the member ID. I asked you this before but got the same reply yet others say it's possible..
