Member group specific tags

Hey, I would like to know if there was a mod // or how to do this...

I would like admins to be able to use html but not users...how can i do that?

admins, by default, have the ability to post html in their posts. do it this way:

Koodi [Valitse] Laajenna

[html]put your html here[/html]
