Total Time logged in?

"Total Time Logged In: 3 hours and 30 minutes" is that today, or total, for the history of the forum?  It might be nice to explain which it is.  If it is suposed to be today, it's wrong... ifs its total for the history of the forum....or since i last logged in, but only while online at the site, it might be right.
