wierd IE Behavour when Wraped.

I have the Youtube / Google Plugins working, they work fine standalone but when wrapped IE 7 refuses to display them correctly (And only IE7 / 6 surprise surprise)

I can't see any errors in IE developer as to why the code refuses to render in IE 7

If anyone knows of this issue, could youplease point me in the right direction.
