YaBB 2.1 -> SMF Conversion Errors

Hey

I've been trying to figure out how to convert YaBB 2.1 to SMF, tried different versions of converters and everything with little to no luck.  I've been messing with this for the past 48 hours to no avail, and would really appreciate it if someone could help me figure this out.  The errors I'm getting are:

Check the permissions of the files for YaBB.  Change to 777 in the mean time.  Or 666.
