SmallCaps BBC

This MODification will add a BBC tag and button to your editor.
You will be able to style your text with SmallCaps

This MOD uses integration hooks and, as such, no theme edits are needed.
Be sure to have "smallcaps.gif" in your custom theme's image/bbc folder

Big thanks to Suki for her SimpleSpoiler MOD, that served as a base for this.
