SMF 1.1RC3 to 1.1.3

Im using smf1.1RC3 the persian pack and with alot of manually installed mods !
How can I upgrade my smf to 1.1.3 with no damaged on language pack and installed mods?

Im really confused....

you have to use the upgrade file on the download page. However, you'll need to uninstall your mods and reinstall them after the upgrade. It is unlikely the mods will survive the upgrade. You'll also need to upgrade the language files to the latest versions, but thats a simple thing.

I installed the mods manually on costum theme ! so what can Ido?
does the upgrade file upgrade 1.1rc3 to 1.1.3 or it works on 1.1.2?!
