Installing Mambo after SMF

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if someone can help - I have my forum all set up running SMF which Im loving but now its time to add a webpage aswell as the forum (ok maybe I did things in reverse!)

I was thinking of installing Mambo as I believe that is the best CMS available. I saw a way of bridging SMF and Mambo, but it says install Mambo first.

Does anyone know if there is a way of installing Mambo now and integrating with my existing SMF database?

i think this topic will get more attention and probably a better answer in the Mambo/Joomla Bridge Support board as the board is there specifically for dealing with bridging SMF and Joomla.

It doesn't matter in which order you install Mambo and SMF.  As long as both of them are installed before you attempt to bridge them.
