Sorry if this had been posted before. I searched, but haven`t found any similar topics.

Anyway, all users in my community (including the other admins) are complaining about the auto login feature.
They are saying that they must login every time they access the community.
The weird thing is that I am the only one who doesn`t have this problem.

I have no idea what to do, please help.

link to your board?

have you tried enabling subdomain independent cookies?  (admin => Server settings => feature configuration)

#2
The subdomain thingy was disabled.
I will ask the users if this the issue is solved and reply here.

BTW, http://metal.stronghold.pl [nofollow] (hebrew)

EDIT: In the end it's a bit more complicated. I will try to explain:
When a user logs in, then closes the browser while he's still logged in, and returns to the main page from a new browser window, the login/pass fields are showing up. But when this user clicks on any of the links (a link to a forum, for example), he's automatically logged in.
Obviously the issue is, that those login/pass fields shouldn't even be there.

are your members logging in from http://www.metal.stronghold.pl

If so, once they click a link, they're going to http://metal.stronghold.pl, which is different.  Although, subdomain independent cookies should solve this.

See if members are using the www. or not :)

Probably not because I am advertising only this address: metal.stronghold.pl [nofollow].
I will ask though...

And again, the memebers are still logged in after they exit, which means that the cookies are working. However the login/pass fields are still there, but they disappear right when a user clicks on any link (such as a link to a certain forum). I want those fields not to show up when a logged in user opens the site again.

That points directly at domain cookie issues. Basically, if you login at the www-prefixed location, then view without the prefix, you appear logged off. Likewise in reverse. Some people love putting the www in front of things, enough to where I make sure to say when there isn't one.

I asked the users, and they told me they access the site without "www".
