HELP 100% Conversion

okay, ive been through all the stickies and other post in regards to the phpbb2_to_smf.  Problem is every post had different information...THIS IS CONFUSING ME!!!

all i wan tis to have my forum converted into smf without loosing any data!

Can someone please explain this to me step by step like a two year old.
