Language setting per-forum/topic based.

It would be a great hit if the posibility to (admin-set - only) be able to set languages PER forum/topic and not per overall forum.

This could bring more people together (as icons and buttons will be shown in their languages) and could get the saying about SMF - "Puts people together."

I'm trying to understand the reasoning for this.  As an English speaker wouldn't I want it the text (not the post obviously) in English?  Wouldn't a German speaker want it in German?

The only reason I could think of is to scare people not speaking the language away - I wouldn't really want to post in a forum with all buttons I can't understand, while just the fact that 100% of posts are in different language is just not a good enough reason not to post in their own for some people.
